Learn how Ideebi uses cookies, pixels, and analytics tools responsibly to improve your experience.

Last updated: October 28, 2025

This Cookie Policy is part of the Privacy Policy for Ideebi, operated by Supafox Ltd. (Company No. 16555230).
It explains how and why we use cookies, analytics scripts, and similar technologies across ideebi.com.

At a Glance

  • We use a small set of cookies to make Ideebi work smoothly and to understand how people use it.
  • Non-essential cookies (like analytics or ads pixels) only run after you give consent.
  • You can change your cookie settings anytime via the ⚙️ icon on the marketing site or your account page.
  • We don’t use cookies to sell personal data or profile you individually.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
They help websites remember preferences, keep sessions active, or understand usage patterns.
We also use equivalent technologies such as localStorage and analytics pixels.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use four main categories of cookies and scripts:

CategoryWhat it doesExamplesEssential?
EssentialPowers core site features and security. Required for Ideebi to function.Supabase Auth session cookies, CSRF tokens✅ Yes
AnalyticsHelps us understand which pages and features are most useful.Google Analytics 4, PostHog (EU servers)❌ No
MarketingMeasures ad performance and helps us improve campaigns.Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tags❌ No
PersonalisationStores your theme, cookie settings, and preferences for a better experience.marketingConsent, theme preference❌ Optional

We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information or track users across unrelated sites.

Our custom cookie banner is shown to all visitors globally.
It presents clear options:

  1. Accept all – enables analytics, marketing, and personalisation cookies.
  2. Reject non-essential – loads only essential cookies.
  3. Customise – lets you toggle categories individually.

Your preferences are stored in a first-party cookie called marketingConsent.
You can update your choices anytime using the ⚙️ icon (marketing site) or under “Personalisation” in your account.

4. How Tag Manager Works Here

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage and load scripts safely.
GTM itself always loads but stays idle until consent is granted — it doesn’t send data to Google or any other service until the user has opted in.

All analytics and marketing tags are routed through GTM and only triggered once your consent choice allows it.

5. Retention & Expiry

We keep cookies only as long as necessary for their purpose.
Approximate durations:

  • Session cookies: removed when you close your browser
  • Preference cookies: up to 12 months
  • Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics): up to 26 months or shorter if you clear them manually

Specific durations may vary depending on each provider’s policy.

6. Managing Cookies

You have full control:

  • Use the ⚙️ icon (marketing site) or “Personalisation” tab (account) to update your settings
  • Delete cookies via your browser settings
  • Use privacy-focused browsers or extensions like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger

Disabling essential cookies may affect login and purchase functionality.

8. Updates

We may occasionally adjust this Cookie Policy if we add or change tools.
You’ll always find the latest version here with a “Last updated” date at the top.

If we make a major change (for example, adding a new analytics provider), we’ll display an in-app or on-site notice before it takes effect.
