By using this website and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Offer

Ideebi provides access to:

  • AI prompts, automation templates, and workflow libraries
  • Certain AI models for text, image, and video generation
  • Online learning materials and related digital resources

Prompts, automations, and workflows are one-time digital purchases, while access to AI models requires compute units, which are purchased separately per use.

All resources are delivered online immediately after successful payment.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep it current.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Compute units and digital resources are one-time purchases.
  • Taxes (if applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • By purchasing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees.

5. Delivery & Licence

  • Access is granted immediately after successful payment through your Ideebi account.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the digital resources for your own projects or internal use.
  • For commercial use of AI-generated content, please contact hello@ideebi.com for confirmation.
  • Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing of Ideebi content is not permitted.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases, provided fewer than 15 premium prompts or compute units have been viewed or used.
  • Once 15 or more premium prompts/units have been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
  • Refund requests can be made by email to hello@ideebi.com.
  • After 7 days or after using 15 premium items, all sales are final.

7. AI Use & Accuracy

  • The prompts, workflows, and AI models provided are for educational and creative use.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, bias, or unexpected output.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it.
  • We make no guarantees about accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or harmful purpose
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or third-party providers
  • Share, resell, or redistribute Ideebi content
  • Upload malicious or harmful code

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on Ideebi.com are owned by or licensed to Supafox Ltd and protected under copyright and intellectual-property laws.
“Ideebi” and associated marks are trademarks of Supafox Ltd. You may not use them without permission.

10. Privacy & Data

We process only the personal data needed to run your account (e.g. name, email, billing info) in line with our
Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We do not store or process any text or content you enter into AI models.

11. Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe (for payments)
  • Google Tag Manager (for analytics)

Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Support & Availability

Support is available by email or contact form.
We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (UK business hours).
We strive for uptime and stability, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
Upon termination, your licence ends immediately.
Previously downloaded resources may be kept for personal use only.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supafox Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the total amount paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supafox Ltd, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
(e.g. natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions).

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date.
Material updates may be notified by email or in-app notice.
Continued use means you accept the changes.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
